BSL Construction is a locally owned roofing and remodeling company with a strong reputation for quality work, but an inconsistent and underdeveloped marketing presence.
They needed a pitch deck that could clearly communicate a strategic direction, align their visual identity, and demonstrate how their brand could show up across social media in a way that felt trustworthy, educational, and homeowner-focused.
The Challenge
The approach centered on building clarity and trust through both messaging and structure.
I began by identifying key audience groups and defining a brand voice rooted in craftsmanship, transparency, and approachability. From there, I developed content themes focused on education, credibility, and real-world value — helping position BSL as a reliable expert rather than just a service provider.
The goal was to create a strategy that not only looked cohesive, but could actively guide potential customers from awareness to booking a roofing inspection.
Strategy & Direction
The pitch deck was designed as both a presentation and a practical marketing tool.
A clean, structured layout system ensures information is easy to follow, while warm, approachable visuals help reinforce trust. Typography and color were used consistently to create a cohesive experience across all slides.
To support the strategy, I developed example social media content and ad concepts — including educational posts like “5 Signs You Need a New Roof” — demonstrating how the brand could communicate clearly and consistently across platforms.
The final system allows BSL to easily present, implement, and expand their marketing efforts with confidence.

This project strengthened my ability to translate business goals into structured, easy-to-understand design solutions. It reinforced the importance of clarity in both visuals and messaging, especially when guiding users toward a specific action.
